Hi
you have probably installed the mod badly! Which version did you try to install? If its the final version, then you first need to install final version multiplayer and then final version single player patch over a fresh copy of american conquest - fight back.
If you still have problems, pls explain how did you install the game.

What are you playing? Random map, or battles? If random map gives you such problem then you installed something wrong, or if its the battlefield, then its a bug that should be fixed with the next patch!

EW single player issues

Postby bfrusa on Mon Oct 13, 2008 8:48 pm

Gex,

I am have installed the Multiplayer final edition and the single player patch with it, in that order, over a fresh copy of AC/FB. Everything works as expected except the French AI. (No, none of the others worked either, but I was only looking for the French one to.) Only trying Random Maps, as so far Battlefield, Campaign and Single mission weren't supposed to in the first place. The random maps have been the designed ones from the Masters of the field series. Perhaps I am using the wrong ones? Or should I be playing the actual "Random Maps" with peasants, buildings, mines, etc. Or it could just be Monday.
Thanks.

Okay,
Never mind. I figured it out. It IS for playing the normal random map type game. Been doing that here, (at work), really great. Nice Mod Gex. Only question - can't see the gold amount. It doesn't show up on the heads-up display. Minor issue really.
Anyway, again - good job.
